  • Account creation and registration

    Registration for the congress implies the creation of an account on the website, where you will have access to all the information regarding the status of your registration and abstracts. Please, check your account regularly.

    Create an account (in case you haven't created one already):

    • Click on LOGIN on the upper right corner of the website
    • Select the option: “Create a new account” and fill in all the fields
    • You will be sent a confirmation email to activate your new account - check your inbox and if you haven't received any emails, confirm in the Junk or Spam boxes
    • Click on the link sent to you in that email in order to validate your account

    From here, you can LOGIN using your data: e-mail address + password you defined

    ATTENTION: creating an account does not correspond to the registration for the congress. To proceed with the registration itself, you must enter in your personal area of ​​the website with the LOGIN data, selecting the REGISTRATIONS tab of the left side menu. Proceed with the instructions given by the platform.

  • Coauthors registration

    For the work to be included in the congress schedule, one of the authors must register and make the respective payment, within the date defined for author registration.

    The abstract presentation can only be made by an author with a valid registration.

    If more authors wish to participate, must register.

  • Submit an abstract

    Before submitting your abstract, please read here the submission rules carefully.

    How to submit an abstract?

    • Create an account on the website, if you have not created yet (check the "Account creation and registration" point above).
    • Access the personal area of ​​the website via LOGIN with the email and password you chose
    • Select the "ABSTRACTS" tab of the left side menu
    • Choose the option “Submit a new abstract” and fill in all the fields indicated

    If you submit an abstract that will be presented by someone else, you must identify the presenter in the abstracts area.

    All information regarding the abstract submitted - including information on approval/rejection, date, time and type of submission, as well as certificates, is ONLY available in the account of the user who submitted the abstract.

    If you wish to change the title of the abstract, please contact the organization.

  • Review process

    The Scientific Committee will review the abstract. Click here to know more about the Scientific Committee.

    Notification of acceptance or rejection of the abstract will be sent to the submitter until September 7th 2023.

    It is the responsibility of all submitters that all studies are performed with respect to national legislation, international legislation and ethical guidelines both with regards to humans and animals. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to reject any submitted abstract that is believed to violate these principles. Please verify that your email address (submitter and presenting author) is correct as it will be used for contacting you after the review process.

  • Certificates

    Certificates are awarded online, up to 2 days after the congress. Certificates are available in the personal area of ​​the website of each user who has registered and checked in at the entrance to the congress.

    Participation certificate: All registered participants who have checked-in are entitled to a document certifying their presence at the event.

    Presentation certificate: This document certifies the presence of a participant as presenter of a given abstract. The presentation diploma is automatically generated in the name of the author who SUBMITS an abstract, if there is no indication in the abstract of who makes the presentation.

    The certificate mentions all the authors indicated at the time of submission.

  • Contacts

    The entity responsible for the secretariat of the congress is eventQualia. Questions can be answered by email or phone available in the header and footer of the website pages, from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
