Presentation rules

POSTERS

Should be printed in the standard ABNT format 120cm x 90cm

Authors should be near the posters during coffee breaks to clarify their work if requested.

ORAL COMMUNICATIONS

Will be divided into 3 parts in an arithmetic and randomised manner:
- October 16th afternoon: 2.30 p.m. - 4 p.m.
- October 17th morning: 10.00 a.m. - 11.30 a.m.
- October 17th afternoon: 2.30 p.m. - 4 p.m.

Venue: Auditorium B2 Pedagogical Complex 2.

Each presentation will last 10 minutes + 5 minutes for questions (total 15 minutes).

Authors must bring their presentation file in a flashdrive and be in the room at least 15 minutes before the session starts, so they can upload the files to the computer.
